     Vishal Fabrics Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 13, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited (Provisional) Financial Results for half year ended September 30, 2014.

    Further, in compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading framed and adopted in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing with the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Directors / KMP / Officers and Designated Employees of the Company covered under the Code from the closure of business hours of November 07, 2014 to the closure of business hours of November 14, 2014 (both days inclusive).
