     UCO Bank has informed BSE that in terms of Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in shares of Bank will remain closed from January 30, 2015 to February 05, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the Directors/Designated employees on account of Board Meeting to be held on February 05, 2015, inter alia, to consider the unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter ended December 31, 2014 and will be reopened on February 06, 2015.
