We refer to our letter no. SPARC/Sec/SE/2017-18/025 dated 10th July 2017 regarding submission of Notice for the 12th Annual General Meeting of the Company, wherein it was mentioned that the Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed 'from Saturday, 29th July, 2017 up to Saturday, 29th July, 2017' (instead of 'from Saturday, 29th July, 2017 up to Saturday, 5th August, 2017') due to an inadvertent typographical error.
You are requested to kindly note the above error & update the correct book closure dates in your record.
