     AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on January 16, 2015 has reappointed Smt Shikha Sharma as Managing Director and CEO of the Bank for a further period of three years with effect from June 01, 2015 i.e. for the period June 01, 2015 to May 31, 2018. The re-appointment is subject to approval of the Reserve Bank of India and the shareholders of the Bank.
