SILICON VALLEY INFOTECH LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/02/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We hereby inform that pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, the 13th day of February, 2024 at 1.30 P.M. inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2023 pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Further, in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading.
