This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on Thursday, 8th February, 2018, inter alia, to consider and approve/take on record the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the Quarter/Nine Months ended 31st December 2017.
Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will be closed for all directors, designated employees, connected persons and their immediate relatives with immediate effect up to 14th February,2018 i.e. 3rd trading day after the publication of such financial results.
