     Allotment of equity shares under ESOP | 02/02/15 19:20 
     AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 4,25,453 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on February 02, 2015 pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

    The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 472,85,02,734 (236,42,51,367 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 472,93,53,640 (236,46,76,820 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
