Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the 'trading window' for dealing in the shares of the Company will be closed for all Promoters/ Directors / Connected / Designated persons from 1st October, 2021 and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending 30th September, 2021, to the public. The date of Board meeting for approving the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending 30th September, 2021 will be intimated in due course.

Accordingly, All Promoters / Directors / Connected / Designated persons of the Company have been advised not to deal with the shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
