This is to inform that in pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider
Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Code of Conduct for prevention of insider trading, the Trading Window
in respect of the Company's securities will remain closed from 1st October 2021 for designated persons
and their dependents and they will not deal in securities of the Company till the opening of trading
window, which shall end 48 hours after the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended
September 30, 2021 become generally available information.
