This is in furtherance to our letter dated 03rd February, 2023, whereby we had submitted the Notice of Postal Ballot dated 31st January, 2023, for seeking approval of the shareholders of the Company through remote e-voting by way of Special Resolutions for introduction of 'CTIL Employee Stock Option Scheme 2023' and implementation of the same through the 'CTIL Employee Welfare Trust' and other incidental matters as mentioned in the aforesaid Notice of Postal Ballot. Remote e-voting process concluded today i.e. on 09th March, 2023 at 05:00 p.m. (IST), post which the Scrutinizer has submitted his report on the Results of the Postal Ballot. Based on the report of the Scrutinizer, we hereby inform you that the shareholders of the Company have duly passed the Special Resolutions approving the introduction and implementation of 'CTIL Employee Stock Option Scheme 2023'.
