We refer to our letter dated on May 05, 2022 pertaining to Intimation of Grant of Stock Options under 'Firstsource Solutions Limited Employee Stock Option Plan 2019 sent to Stock Exchanges on May 05, 2022. In the said letter, we have noticed a typographical error with respect to number of Grant of stock options. Accordingly, we request you to kindly read the grant of stock options as 916,500 instead of 966,500 stock options. We request you to take the above on record.
