January 01, 2023 for the purpose of consideration of unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2022. The Trading Window shall open 48 hours after the unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2022, become generally available. The date of Board meeting of the Company for consideration and declaration of the said results will be intimated in due course.
