Board to consider Interim Dividend | 5/26/2022 4:06:39 PM

Quess Corp Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 31, 2022, inter alia, to consider a proposal for payment of interim dividend out of profits of the financial year ended March 31, 2022, as per Section 123(3) of the Companies Act, 2013 and amendments thereto.

Further, in terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention and Prohibition of Insider Trading of the Company and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company which has been closed since March 28, 2022, will continue to remain closed till June 02, 2022.
