Pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading read with BSE & NSE Circular on Trading Window Closure, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's securities will remain closed from December 24, 2021. The trading window closure is in connection with the finalization of unaudited financial statements / results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2021. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the aforesaid financial results are declared to the Stock Exchanges.
