This has reference to our earlier communication dated May 12, 2022 under Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015. We wish to inform you that at the meeting of Board of Directors held today (May 21, 2022) the Directors have inter-alia recommended dividend of Rs.6.60 (330%) per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the year ended March 31, 2022, subject to the approval of shareholders of the company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
