This is to inform you that the Board of Directors in its meeting, held today, has appointed the following Directors as Additional Director (Independent): 1) Mr. Gyan Singh Rathore, 2) Mr. Kumar Subramanian, and 3) Mr. Kanti Prasad Jain. The Board has also appointed Mr. Manoj Iyer as Additional Director and subject to approval of members of the Company as Whole-time Director, designated as Executive Director. Appointments of all the above Directors are effective from 15th December, 2021. Please take the above on record.
