we would like to inform you that at the Board Meeting held today, the Directors have recommended First Interim Dividend of ? 0.25 per Equity Share of FV ? 1/- each of the Company for FY 2022-23. The First interim dividend for FY 2022-23 shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose. The interim dividend will be paid within stipulated timelines as prescribed under law.
