Vantage Knowledge Academy Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 15/11/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (LODR) 2015, we hereby inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 15th November, 2021 Monday on to approve the unaudited financial results for the September quarter 2021-2022.

Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed from 10th November to 15th November, 2021 (both days inclusive) for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the Code.
