The details as required under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No.CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 along with the brief profile of S hri Madhavan Ganesan is given in the Annexure. In compliance with the BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 dated June 20, 2018 and as per the confirmation received from Shri Madhavan Ganesan, we hereby confirm that Shri Madhavan Ganesan has not been debarred from holding the office of directors by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
