Pursuant to Regulations 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (''Listing Regulations') read with Schedule III of Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation Limited [KSIDC] has withdrawn the nomination of Mr. B. G. Biju, Deputy General Manager as KSIDC's Nominee Director on the Board of Directors of the Company vide their letter dated 24th February, 2023 consequent to full satisfaction of loan. Consequently, Mr. B. G. Biju ceases to be a member of the Board of Directors of the Company. The other details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are also enclosed [Annexure A]. The Company appreciates the valuable services rendered by Mr. B. G. Biju during his tenure as a Nominee Director.
