RITES Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/05/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is schedule to be held on Tuesday, 24th May 2022 at 11:00 am at the Corporate Office of the Company situated at Shikhar, Plot No. 1, Sector 29, Gurgaon- 122001 inter- alia, to consider the following business: - 1. To consider, approve and take on record Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Fourth Quarter (Q4) and Financial Year ended on 31st March 2022, and 2. To consider and recommend final dividend, if any, on equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2021-22, subject to the approval of members of the Company.
