Dear Sir/Ma'am, This is to inform you that the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 19th May, 2022 re-appointed M/s Raju & Prasad, Chartered Accountants to act as the Statutory Auditor of the Company from the financial year 2022-23 till the conclusion of AGM of the Company to be held for the financial year ended 2026-27. Therefore, pursuant to Regulation 30(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company hereby disclose the material event as provided in Schedule III of Listing Regulations.
