In compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and pursuant to NSE Circular NSE/COMP/50957 whereby the company shall not engage in any business, other than that of securities or commodity derivatives. Therefore, we wish to inform that the company wish to further sell or transfer or otherwise dispose of the company's entire investment in the Wholly Owned Subsidiary i.e. 'Arihant Insurance Broking Services Limited' in near future subject to approval of Shareholders, Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) and other Statutory Authorities (if any).
