With reference to the captioned subject, we wish to inform you that, upon recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, May 24, 2022 have approved and recommended the re-appointment of Dr. Azad Moopen (DIN: 00159403) as Managing Director of the Company for a term of three years with effect from April 15, 2023, for approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting subject to the approval of Central Government. In compliance with Circular No CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 pertaining to continuous disclosure requirements for Listed Entities under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed Annexure I for your records.
