This is in reference to our letter dated 23rd November, 2021, 14th December, 2021 and 25th March, 2022 regarding intimation of appointment of Dr. M.V. Natesan, Shri Rajesh Argal and Shri Anupam Mallik respectively as Additional Directors on the Board of Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL). Pursuant to the Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the Board of Directors has accorded its approval for conducting a Postal Ballot to obtain the approval of the shareholders for appointment of above-mentioned three (03) Directors on the Board of RVNL in compliance with the Regulation 17(1C) of SEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015.
