INDIAN OIL CORPORATION LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/10/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is further to our notice dated 18th October 2021 intimating the date of the Board Meeting of the Company scheduled on Saturday, 30th October 2021 to consider and approve the standalone as well as consolidated unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2021.

Pursuant to regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, it is hereby informed that Board may also consider declaration of Interim Dividend, for the financial year 2021-22, at the Board Meeting.
