Dear Sir/ Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), this is to inform you that the Board of Directors has, at its meeting held today i.e. on Monday, 10th January, 2022, inter alia considered and approved the following: Appointment of Mr. Divyesh Badiyani (Membership No. ACS 63381) as Company Secretary in terms of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Compliance Officer in terms of Regulation 6 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 w.e.f. 11th January, 2022. Other details in terms of SEBI circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 are given as Annexure-I. Kindly take the above information on record.
