Pursuant to Regulation 33 read with Regulation 30 and Schedule III to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose herewith:
i) Consolidated unaudited financial results and Standalone unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st March, 2022 which have been
approved in the meeting of the Board of Directors held today i.e. on Tuesday, 3rd May, 2022.
ii) Limited Review Report of the statutory auditors on the Consolidated unaudited financial results and Standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31st March,
2022.
