PTC INDIA FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 26/05/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Dear Sir/Madam, This is with reference to the earlier communication dated 17th May, 2022 regarding meeting of Board of Directors of the Company which was scheduled to be held on today (i.e. 24th May, 2022) to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2021. In this connection, we would like to inform that due to paucity of time, the Audit Committee (the meeting of which was scheduled prior to the Board Meeting) will continue its proceedings on 26th May, 2022 related to Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2021. Accordingly, the Board Meeting, which was scheduled for today (i.e. 24th May, 2022), is rescheduled to be held on 26th May, 2022 to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2021.
