     Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Listing Regulations, we hereby inform that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 5th November 2019 to inter-alia:

    1. Approve and take on record unaudited consolidated & standalone Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended 30th September 2019;
    2. Consider declaration of interim dividend.

    Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, please take notice that the Record date for determining the shareholders entitled to the interim dividend, if declared by the Board, will be Monday, 18th November 2019.
