     Advanced Enzyme Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of Company is scheduled to be held through video conference on May 30, 2020, inter alia, to consider the following:

    1. Approval of Audited Financial Statements (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2020 along with results of the fourth quarter;

    2. Recommendation of the Final dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2020.

    Further to Company's letter dated March 30, 2020 intimating closure of Trading Window, for the above mentioned purpose, the “Trading Window” for dealing in the Securities of the Company will continue to remain close upto June 01, 2020.
