The Bank has already informed Stock Exchanges in respect of the Board Meeting scheduled on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 to consider, inter alia, and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the 2nd Quarter and the Half Year ended September 30, 2018. Pursuant to the requirements under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Bank's Code viz. 'DCB Bank-Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading' the 'Trading Window' of the Bank stands closed from closure of the working hours today i.e. Saturday, October 06, 2018, and the same shall be re-opened, 48 hours after the release of the aforesaid Financial Results to the Stock Exchanges.
