    June 30, 2020 along with Limited Review Report.
    Pursuant to Regulation 33 (3) (d) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,
    2015 we confirm that the Statutory Auditors have given Audit Reports with unmodified opinion on the
    Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020.
