     Sonata Software Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on October 30, 2019, inter alia, has declared Interim Dividend at Rs. 5.75 per share (575% on par value of Re.1/-). Interim Dividend will be paid to the registered shareholders on or after November 13, 2019 through Electronic mode or by dividend warrants, as applicable.
