     This is in continuation of our letter dated 27 September 2019 regarding acquisition of certain assets / plant & machinery situated at Baichuana, Tangi, Distt.- Cuttack, Orissa.

    In terms of Regulation 30 and other applicable Regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Company has started commercial production at the said plant on 7 November 2019.
