We hereby inform that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held today i.e. on Tuesday, the 9th day of August, 2022 which was commenced at 1:30 P.M. and concluded at 06:25 P.M., inter alia, have approved the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022, which is attached herewith along with Statutory Auditors' Limited Review Report dated 9th day of August, 2022 signed by M/s. T R Chadha & Co LLP, Chartered Accountants, in respect of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2022, prepared in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
