     We hereby inform you that the Twenty- Seventh (27th) Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the members of the Company will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. IST through Video Conferencing ('VC') / Other Audio-Visual Means ('OAVM'), in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from 24.08.2020 to 29.08.2020 (both days inclusive) for annual closing and determining the entitlement of the shareholders for the Final Dividend on equity shares of Re 1/- each fully paid-up, recommended by the Board of Directors for the financial year for the year 2019-20, if declared, at the AGM.
