This is to inform you that Mr. Vinod Rajindranath Sethi (DIN: 00106598), an Independent Director has not sought re-election as Director of the Company, upon completion of his term of office, on 28th August, 2019 and accordingly he has ceased to be a Director of the Company with effect from 28th August, 2019.
The Board of Directors of the Company wish to place on record its sincere appreciation for the support and valuable guidance given by Mr. Vinod Rajindranath Sethi during his tenure as an Independent Director of the Company.
This disclosure is made in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
