    This is further in reference to our earlier letter dated July 17, 2018 and pursuant to the regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015; It is hereby informed that a wholly owned subsidiary namely; NBCC DWC-LLC, having its registered address at Building-A-3, Office: 425, Business Park Dubai World Central-27661, Dubai-UAE, has been incorporated by NBCC.

    NBCC incorporated NBCC DWC-LLC subsidiary for Conceptualizing & Construction of India Pavilion at World Expo-2020, Dubai and other similar works.
