     Board to consider Interim Dividend | 11/15/2019 7:38:46 PM 
     HeidelbergCement India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 23, 2019, inter alia, to consider declaration of interim dividend on the equity shares of the Company, if any, for the FY 2019-20.

    In accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, read with the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company by the Promoters and Persons Acting in Concert, Directors, Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives shall remain closed with effect from November 16, 2019.

    The Trading Window will reopen two days after the intimation of outcome of the said Board Meeting to the stock exchanges.
