    The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12th March 2019, inter-alia, declared interim dividend at the rate of Rs. 5.52 ps. (Rupees Five and Fifty Two paise Only) per equity share of face value of Re. 1/- each for the financial year 2018-19. The interim dividend declared shall be paid / dispatched as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
