     In relation to the Rights Issue and in accordance with Regulations 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Regulation 68 of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, the Board of Directors at its meeting held today has fixed Friday, 21 January, 2022 as the record date for the purpose of determining the equity shareholders who shall be entitled to receive the Rights Entitlement in the Rights Issue.
