     The 57th Annual General Meeting of India Tourism Development Corporation Limited was duly held on Friday, the 30th September 2022 at 11:00 A.M. through Video Conferencing (VC) in due compliance of relevant Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India. As per requirement of Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the proceedings of 57th AGM of ITDC are enclosed herewith at Annexure-I.
