     Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Tan Yong Choo (DIN: 02910529) was appointed as an Alternate Director to Tao Yih Arthur Lang (DIN: 07798156) for the purpose of attending the Board meeting of the Company held on October 21, 2019 and has ceased to be the Alternate Director with the conclusion of the said Board meeting.
