     Further to our letter no. SEAMEC/BSE/SMO/79/17 dated 31st March, 2017, we wish to inform you that our vessel SEAMEC GALLANT Time Charter with Clipper Bulk Shipping Ltd, has been extended for a further period of one year having a window of six to twelve months.
