BAJAJ HOLDINGS & INVESTMENT LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 21/10/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending 30 September 2022. The Company will submit the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ending 30 September 2022, immediately after the Board Meeting on 21 October 2022, i.e. within a period of forty-five days from the end of the quarter of the said financial year 2022-23. Further, this is to inform you that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 1 October 2022 till 23 October 2022 (both days inclusive), for the designated persons as per the Company's Code of Conduct framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended. The designated persons of the Company have been informed of the same.
