TRANSPORT CORPORATION OF INDIA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 02/06/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform you that the next Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to take place on Tuesday, 2nd June, 2020 to consider/approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the 4th Quarter/FY ended on 31st March, 2020.
Further, the Board may also consider issuance of Non-Convertible Debenture (NCDs)/Bonds/other similar instruments on Private Placement basis in the same meeting.
As informed vide our letters dated 12th February, 2020 and 13th May, 2020, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company stands closed with effect from Wednesday, the 1st April, 2020 upto Thursday, the 4th June, 2020 (both days inclusive) in terms of the Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
