     We would like to inform you that DigiHealth Technologies LLP, the wholly owned entity of our Indian investee entity i.e. ABCD Technologies LLP (to be renamed as IndoHealth Services LLP), has agreed to acquire 100% ownership interest in Pharmarack Technologies Private Limited in tranches.

    The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Circular No. CIR/CFO/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 are given in Annexure 1 to the letter.
