This is with reference to the submission of Related Party Disclosures as per Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2015 within 30 days of publication of financial results. We would like to inform you that we are listed on BSE (SME) platform and in accordance with the regulation 15 (2) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the compliance with the provisions as specified in regulation 74, 17A, 18, 19, 20, 27, 22, 23, 24, 24A, 25, 26, 27 and clause (b) to (i) of sub - regulations 46 and Para, d and e of schedule V of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 shall not apply on listed entity which has listed its specified securities on SME exchange.
Hence, being an entity listed on SME exchange, Compliance under Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations; 2015 are not applicable to the company.
