     Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Allotment of ESOP / ESPS | 11/08/19 19:56 
     We wish to inform you that the Company has allotted 8,625 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to 38 employees who had exercised options under the ESOP Scheme of the Company. The said shares shall rand pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
    The Company has also allotted 2,140 unlisted, unrated, senior, secured, redeemable, transferable, Non-Convertible Debentures each having a face value of INR 10,00,000 (Indian Rupees Ten Lakh) on private placement.
